The Langenau site, with its multi-professional team, manages and accompanies around 50 clients in the areas of special and outpatient housing and day-shaping assistance. Our residents and outpatient clients are supported in their self-determined lifestyle and daily management. You are professionally and organizationally responsible for our services on site and continuously develop them You will lead your team at the site with around 25 employees, including specialists and trainees You connect with other actors in the community at the Langenau site You work constructively and efficiently with the management and specialist services in the region

You have a study of social work or an educational/career training You have several years of professional experience in integration and ideally have management experience in the social field. You work structured and efficient You maintain an employee leadership at eye level and are strong in communication You are willing to take over two background services per week and cooperate as needed You like to design organisational and professional processes and also implement them
