Implementation of market and competition analyses as well as continuous observation of current trends in raw materials development and relevant legal frameworks to support product innovation and further development. Development and optimization of products based on customer requirements as well as requirements in the fields of manufacturing, construction, marketing and sales – from the concept phase to market maturity. Analysis, processing and follow-up of complaints and development of appropriate improvement measures. Support for laboratory management in the production, maintenance and updating of product-related documentation. Technical advice and support for internal specialist areas in terms of product properties, applications and conditions of use. Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products in accordance with applicable test and work instructions and careful documentation of the test results.
Successfully completed studies in chemistry, materials engineering, process engineering or a comparable discipline Professional experience in product development or laboratory environment Knowledge of the implementation, evaluation and documentation of testing and investigation procedures Experience in quality assurance as well as in handling internal testing and quality standards German language skills (at least level C1) Good knowledge of English in word and writing (at least level B2) Safe handling of MS Office; Experiences with ERP systems are advantageous Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation as well as pronounced team capacity
