Are you looking for a versatile task in which you can combine your training with independent operation and assistance in larger surgical procedures? Then you are right at the Clinic for General and Visceral Surgery at the Vivantes Klinikum Kaulsdorf and can further develop your operational knowledge according to your level of training.

Our clinic offers the entire range of general and visceral surgery, including proctology. Visceral Surgery (Chirurgie of the Inner Organs) is, however, the main focus. All operations are carried out on organs of the digestive tract as well as the body glands (endocrine organs). Whenever possible, minimally invasive surgical procedures are used. The clinic has been a certified Hernienzentrum der Deutschen Herniengese llschaft since 2012 and a member of the Vivantes Tumor Center Mitte/Ost.

Stationary physician

Care and organization of visceral surgery patients in conservative and surgical activity in cooperation with the gastroenterologists

Self-operating or assistance with large laparoscopic and open surgical interventions (by training status)

Speak-time activity (OP-Sprechhour, Herniamed, Herniamed)

Participation in standby services

Approbation as a doctor, in advanced training

Operational experience in open and minimally invasive surgery

Knowledge of medical documentation and the DRG system

Availability for participation in the standby service
