You have an eye for detail and want to accompany building equipment in the area of heating, ventilation, sanitation and climate at the construction site? In this position, you support the object monitoring of demanding construction projects in the field of supply technology and ensure that appointments, qualities and processes are adhered to. We implement projects in a variety of areas – exciting projects in the industrial and real-state environment are at the focus of this position. Own-responsible construction monitoring for one or more construction sites in the LPH 8 with focus on the mechanical structures in the KG400 Takeover of tasks of the internal subproject management (including costs, quality, dates) Management of construction meetings Implementation of building documentation using digital tools

Complete study of supply technology, building technology and TGA masters/ technicians in the field HLSK or a comparable qualification Professional experience in building management or object monitoring Safe handling of the VOB and the rules of technology Willingness to take over responsibility and travel to the construction sites on site in the region Secure communication skills at different levels Fun in cooperation with different people, teams and tasks
