Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Together with the team, you will arrange a functional and attractive learning environment for our students in our nearly 800 locations in Germany. This means: You are responsible for the commercial processing of all processes in the field of location services and facility management. You ensure the optimal condition of our real estate and ensure the planning and coordination of renovations, repairs and the maintenance and renewal of our outdoor advertising. With your team, you are responsible for the pragmatic and targeted implementation of all projects, especially in complex location changes such as moving, closing or new openings. You keep the costs, dates and quality in mind for all projects to achieve the goals set efficiently. You ensure the quality of extensive data collections, prepare them structuredly and develop meaningful KPIs independently

completed commercial training as a merchant/wife for office management, real estate businessman/wife or a comparable qualification. An economically shaped study is a plus, but not a must. Professional experience in service provider management, purchasing or administration and care of real estate Careful and team-oriented working Very good German & Excel skills and number affinity Pleasure of independent, practical work and operational cooperation
