Complete training or studies with a focus on building technology, facility management, electrical engineering, utility technology, etc. Long-standing professional and management experience in facility management, technical building equipment and the object management Funded knowledge in HLKS, electrical installation, building automation, etc. as well as deep understanding of maintenance and maintenance management Leadership combined with entrepreneurial thinking and structured work German language skills
