Your main task is the disciplinary and professional team management of about 15-20 professionals and specialist helpers (m/w/d). They lead, support and motivate your team to the best possible performance with the help of suitable key figures. Through your professional experience with corporate structures, you actively promote structured production, optimize processes and introduce new processes. They are in constant exchange with your colleagues and supervisors to advance the targets and optimization measures. Furthermore, you act as an interface for Value Stream management and other relevant departments such as production control, warehouse logistics and quality. You can also support the Industrial Engineering and Operational Excellence team in process optimization. In addition to personal planning and management, the optimal use of machines, materials and equipment is one of your tasks. In your role model, you are responsible for the consistent enforcement of occupational safety and compliance with the requirements. In addition, you promote the optimal workplace design.

They have at least 3-4 years of professional experience as a shift manager, team leader, group leader with a team of at least 15 employees (m/w/d). You worked within defined structures. With your technical training preferably to the electronic, mechatronic, electromechanic (m/w/d) or equivalent and a further education to the technician/master (m/w/d), you are well prepared for your new tasks. If you have completed a metallurgical training, it would be advantageous if you have a further training on electrically instructed staff. As a dedicated and motivated manager, you can of course, devote 80% of your working hours to the following tasks: leadership and motivation of employees, keeping standards, ensuring the planned performance, deescalation of disturbances, feedback talks such as critique, performance, personnel division etc. As a leading personality and model, you are empathic, solution-oriented and pragmatic. They work targeted, process-affin or structured and are conflictable. They always communicate concretely, directly, clearly and transparently. Through your structured operation, they are used to target and effectively control and monitor production. You can also see yourself as an efficiency enhancer and are experienced in implementing optimization measures. The willingness to the 2-layer system (in production-intensive times) is required. Your SAP and MS Office skills complete your profile.
