• Food preparation for the cold and warm kitchen
• Set up food
• Professional experience in the courses of a large kitchen
• Planning / support and implementation of menus
• Goods acceptance / quality control
• Responsibility for implementing HACCP standards

Your profile:

• Complete training to cook urgently necessary!
• Experience in the appropriate position
