As a lead expertin, you are the key partnerin for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and advises our customers on implementation projects of SAP SuccessFactors, in particular in the area of Employee Central In addition, you bring an SF-module-wide expertise and know the data model SAP HCM well, which always helps you to keep a clear overview of the essentials Requirements as well as customer-specific challenges you recognize proactively, develop implementable solutions and show best practices for the optimal use of SAP SuccessFactors You plan the activities within an EC implementation project autonomously and take over the (partial) project management for Employee Central It is self-evident for you to agree closely with adjacent topics such as platform, integration and interfaces The implementation of workshops, demonstrating and independent configuration of the EC module in the system are your responsibility In the topic management, you are working with the leader in the further development of our EC team, developing new topics and continuing your extensive knowledge You support the sales team in tenders and proactively contribute your experience in offer situations - including creation of target images and participation in pitches Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, on-site customers and at home

You have a degree in (economic) informatics, mathematics, economics or a comparable degree programme A certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central will help you; ideally you are certified in at least one other SAP SuccessFactors module Developing and advancing ideas is yours – you want to grow together with us and implement our vision Extensive project and consulting experience complements our team perfectly You are an expert*in when it comes to master data, you can trace requirements to SuccessFactor's data models and corresponding objects In this position you work mainly hybrid; regular service trips are not required Very good knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and knowledge of English complete your profile
