IT Specialist (m/w/d) in Niedernhall

You ensure the stable and secure operation of the production-related IT systems and ensure that data and processes reliably interlock in production. Together with the Digital Office Team, you are actively driving the digitalization and industry –4.0 projects in production. You support production through fast support, intelligent IT solutions and effective troubleshooting. You make a decisive contribution to cyber security and the digital sustainability of our production sites. Detecting potentials: support and further development of production-oriented IT systems to ensure a stable, networked and future-oriented manufacturing IT – from the availability of the systems through network optimization to the integration of new machines and industrial –4.0 solutions Glossary: Support & Troubleshooting for production with 1st and 2nd level support, structured fault analysis and sustainable troubleshooting of IT-based systems – in close cooperation with production, maintenance and external service providers Certainly act: Security in production through structured patch and update management as well as the targeted safeguarding of machine and network interfaces (e.g. SPS, HMI and IoT devices) taking into account production-critical requirements Designing cooperation with the Group IT through the IT structures: coordinating joint projects such as network modernisation, cloud integration or security initiatives, as well as structured exchange and escalation in complex disruptions, security incidents and system changes

Complete training or studies in IT (e.g. specialist informatics, computer science, business informatics) Experience with production-related IT systems (MES, ERP, PLC connection of advantage) Knowledge of network technology, Windows environments and databases Basic understanding of OT security requirements and cyber security principles Remarkable: Experience in cooperation with corporate structures or central IT departments
