Your Mission: Intelligent Systems of Next Generatio Design and realize AI solutions Focus GenAI: Conception and implementation of modern RAG architectures (Retrieval Augmented Generation), agentic workflows and generative AI-Use-Cases. Modeling & Integration: Selection and fine tuning of LLMs and their integration into productive business processes. Foundation: While your focus is on Generative AI, you use your knowledge in classic machine learning methods and deep learning to create hybrid solutions where LLMs alone do not suffice. Responsibility for end-to-end solutions Production-Ready AI: You bring GenAI applications from the first prompt idea to prototypes to scalable deployment (LLMOps). Data & Orchestrierung: Construction and optimization of the data base for agents, Vector Databases and the orchestration of complex workflows and agents. Quality assurance: ensuring stability, evaluation of model outputs (Guardrails) and performance optimization. Advice and cooperation Technology translator: You explain the difference between ''Hype'' and real business value to stakeholders and translate complex architectures into clear decision-making templates. Interdisciplinarity: Close cooperation with business analysts and software engineers to seamlessly embed AI into existing software ecosystems. Further development and knowledge exchange State-of-the-Art: You test the rapid developments in LLMs, multimodal models and agent frameworks. Knowledge transfer: Active designing internal formats and prototyping new features for the attempto Academy.

Professional profile (Fokus GenAI) Frameworks: You are safe to use one or more LLM/Agent tracking tools like LangChain, LangGraph, PydanticAI, Google ADK, OpenAI Agent SDK, LlamaIndex or Haystack. GenAI Stack: Practical experience with Prompt Engineering, Embeddings and the construction and management of Vector Databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus or Chroma). Language genius: Excellent Python skills are your basis. Technical understanding & base Cloud & Deployment: Experience with Cloud AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock or GCP Vertex AI) as well as Docker/Kubernetes. Architecture: Solid understanding of APIs, microservices and data pipelines. AI foundation: You understand the mathematics behind deep learning and have already worked with libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow – this helps you to understand GenAI models more deeply.
