As a process and method design manager, we are looking for you to analyze development processes holisticly, to design them efficiently and to develop them through appropriate methodological approaches. Modelling the process and method landscape in the field of research and development Development, improvement and training of development processes Management of working groups to improve processes Introduction of Improvement and Continuous Care of the Process and Methods Landscape of the Rhine Metal Land Systems Selection, adaptation and introduction of appropriate management and working methods Standardisation of development procedures

Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable Experience in modeling business processes in digital applications Knowledge in MethodPark Stages, ibo Prometheus, SAP Signavio, o. Experience in development disciplines Mechanics, electronics and embedded systems Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Representative communication and leadership skills Standing for occasional missions
