Reception: You are the first contact point for our visitors and guests and provide a warm welcome. Postal processing: They take care of the entry and exit mail and ensure that all documents are forwarded on time. Telephone headquarters: They operate the telephone, take calls and forward them. Pool vehicles: They manage the swimming-pool equipment at the site, take care of the booking and maintenance of the vehicles. Administrative tasks: They carry out various organizational tasks such as the planning of meetings and the coordination of appointments. Building tasks: They take care of smaller technical tasks and the coordination of maintenance and maintenance work in the building.
