For Allianz Industrie 4.0 BW we are looking for an event manager trade fairs, events, start-ups and international networking – Allianz I4.0 (m/w/d).

Full-time (39 hours/week) | This place is first to be awarded for 2 years.

Allianz Industrie 4.0 BW is a platform initiated and sponsored by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economic Affairs, with its office at VDMA Baden-Württemberg. Their goal is to advance the digital transformation of the industrial middle class and to strengthen the innovative power of the industrial companies in “The Länd”. Together with our partners, we help companies to expand their resilience, anchor sustainability and focus on people. Our topics include human-centric transformation, human technology collaboration, sustainability management, digital business models, operational stability and technology integration.

Planning, organisation and implementation of trade fairs, major events and international events of Allianz I4.0 Conception of event formats for networking industry, startups, research and politics Integration and visualization of startups at events, trade fairs and cooperation formats Coordination of partners, service providers, speakers and international guests Further development of event and trade fair appearances as well as preparation and communication of events

Complete studies in trade fair/vent management, communication or comparable qualification Professional experience in trade fair and event management, ideally with major events or international formats Strong interest in startups, innovations and industrial transformation High organizational talent, self-initiative and strong communication skills Very good knowledge of German and English readiness for occasional business trips in Germany and abroad
