ID: 1500_000767 Vitos Herborn, together with Vitos Weil-Lahn, forms a regional network under the umbrella of the Vitos Group. Our core task is the treatment of adults, children and adolescents in psychiatric, psychosomatic and somatic specialist clinks. Our accompanying psychiatric services serve people with a mental disability. The Vitos Children's and Youth Clinic for Mental Health Hanau has nearly 40 fully-stationary beds as well as an institute's clinic and a daily clinic at the Hanau site and at the Dietzenbach site. As a child- and youth-psychiatric specialist clinic, we treat patients with all mental disorders with scientifically proven therapy methods that include medical-psychiatric, behavior-therapeutic, systemic and deep-psychological approaches. For our team of the Hanau daily clinic we are looking for you in part or full time at the next time.

Tasks • Social counselling, care and support for patients and their families • Participation in the treatment planning and development of a post-stationary perspective with the families and the handling team • Preparation and implementation of social pedagogical individual and group offers • Network work with the social helper system incl. School • Coordination and support of helper talks with youth assistance and school • Designing the educational station environment

Profile • Completed studies on the Diploma of Social Worker/Pedagogy or comparable degree programme • Clinical experience in therapeutic work with children and adolescents • Experience with networking and in contact with institutions of youth assistance • knowledge of relevant legal principles of child and youth assistance and child protection • Valuable and empirical communication style • Team skills in a multi-professional team and structured and result-oriented working style
