Support for project leaders operating throughout Germany:in the Projects/Great Damage Department in the Back Office. Administrative activities, appointment coordination and inputs in the in-house online platform handicraft repair service (HRD).

Telephone customer and service providers (including information, advice and processing of complaints) Installation of orders in the HRD system and assignment of these to the project managers:in the department Order tracking at the craft enterprises Actively requesting missing invoices from the craft enterprises Active support of the project leaders:in the clearing of open items Back Office Support for project managers:inside and for the regional/departmental management Office administration/organisation

Commercial or technical training Multiannual professional experience in the service sector (mobility, mixing, crafts or similar) Fun and engagement in the advice and support of customers: Embossed quality awareness, team skills and flexibility Strong communicative skills independent work as well as good organisational and disposition skills Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) German and English skills
