For our team of the care facility „Birkenhof“ in Loxstedt we are looking for you as Pflegefachkraft (w/m/d) with additional function Palliativpflege: In addition to the nursing care, they play a central role in the monitoring and care of residents with palliative needs – part-time or full-time from 20 hours a week.

• Implementation of basic and treatment care
• Support and supply of residents with palliative needs
• Support for residents in distressing situations
• Cooperation with domestic doctors, hospices and other cooperation partners
• Documentation and Evaluation of Nursing Measures
• Participation in pain management and symptoms control
• Participation in advanced and advanced training in the field of palliative care

• Complete training as a nurse or comparable qualification
