Determination and assessment of legal requirements for the development, production and placing on the market of products; appropriate communication with the departments involved Ensure that all the materials used and the final product themselves comply with all internal and external requirements relating to product safety, fairness and ethics; that You have passed all necessary tests and have all corresponding certificates Creation, implementation and documentation of internal training on the basis of Group PTC directives / international and/or national legislation to ensure that all parties are informed accordingly Active participation in the implementation process, ensuring the appropriate objective and adherence to the schedule and monitoring of a continuous improvement cycle Monitoring local consumer protection laws and species protection requirements and deriving appropriate measures Ensuring the existing IT infrastructure for mapping article-related certificates / authorisations or Construction of such infrastructures Support in the creation of product markings and instructions for use to comply with relevant legal requirements Planning and implementation of regular audits to ensure that Group PTC and internal policies are complied with Showing possible implementation weaknesses and developing action plans to minimize risks Communication with the competent authorities and monitoring of the necessary authorisations Coordination and timely renewal of certificates, licenses and registrations regarding Product Compliance

Min. 2-year professional experience in Product Trade Compliance / Supply Chain Compliance and your deeper knowledge of product compliance Advanced knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications (Excel, Power Point, Word) Holistic thinking and understanding of relationships Data affinity (analysis, consolidation) Communication strength (English and German min. C1 level) Project management experiences Communication and team skills Load capacity Your solution-oriented, analytical, independent and structured work setting
