Network Operations Specialist Support for Network Solutions (m/f/d)

You will take the first-level support for LAN/WAN, Secure Access and Remote Access services into offset service times Acceptance, qualification and processing of incidents and service requests according to customer-specific SLAs Analyze and eliminate disturbances, perform a first evaluation and monitor the network infrastructure with common management platforms Control of alarm and escalation processes and creation of daily and customer reports for operational reporting Care of all processes in the ticket system and careful documentation Support in the planning and coordination of changes, e.g. maintenance and updating work in the customer network infrastructure Close cooperation with departments and external service providers as well as active participation in the further development of our support processes Participation in readiness

A completed technical study (e.g. computer science, business informatics) or a comparable training with professional experience in the network or communication environment Knowledge of communication and network solutions, ideally complemented by Cisco certification (e.g. CCNA or CCNP) Good knowledge of LAN/WAN techniques and in the TCP/IP environment Experience in incident management and handling of ticket systems, ideally with ITIL knowledge Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Willingness to call and occasional missions Plus points: experience in the operation of enterprise networks, knowledge in monitoring and network management tools, and interest in continuous training (e.g. further certifications or security topics)
