Leadership of employees Analysis of contract documents, performance directories, planning and procedures Compilation of auditable accounting documents and supplementary offers for modified or additional services to clients Examination of supplementary offers of subcontractors Evaluation, documentation and correspondence on temporal influences or Disorders Analysis of disrupted processes and preparation of proofs of appointment including auditable, fault-modified schedules with comprehensible written explanation Compilation of auditable supplementary offers/calculation documents for the financial impact of temporal influences or Disorders Documentation and tracking of all follow-up processes Close cooperation with project management, construction management, costing and technical project management Support in the optimization of processes in follow-up management Participation in communication and negotiation with contractors and subcontractors Your profile Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or industrial engineering Construction or comparable technical training Multiannual professional experience in follow-up management and/or in the project/construction management Funded knowledge in building contract law, VOB/B and safe handling of MS Office Analytical thinking, negotiation skills and communication strength Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation We offer We offer you a safe workplace in a powerful, independent, collective family business.
