Coordination in the training network Planning, coordination and organisation of practical tasks within a cross-carrier network

Creation of training courses and schedules for different years and under-year adjustments (e.g. missions, holidays)

Administrative activities Processing of evidence of activity and other organisational tasks related to training

Coordination and coordination of sites with partners and interface work between theoretical and practical training

Support and further development of a digital platform to support the practice organisation

Contact person*in for cooperation partners, trainees, teachers and practical instructions – including advice on request

Evaluation of practical training based on feedback and accompanying research

Secure handling of digital tools (MS Office, in particular Excel) as well as affinity for digitalization and IT user support Organisational design, structured and independent work and flexibility in short-term planning changes Communication strength, team capacity, sense of responsibility and strong service orientation Intermediation and conflict resolution competence in dealing with different stakeholders Loadability, reflectivity and readiness for continuous training and development
