Project Manager (m/f/d)

Management of complex national and international projects, as well as the execution of contracts under the terms of appointment, performance and budget. Monitoring and preparation of the project status for internal and external reporting. Creating decision templates and corresponding clarification on challenges beyond your decision-making space. Management of project finances in close coordination with controlling. Professional leadership of an interdisciplinary project team in your area of responsibility. Moderation and leadership of project meetings. Negotiation of claims and contractual changes in agreement with the management. Maintenance of project documentation and internal reporting.

Successfully completed technical or scientific studies or comparable training. Insufficient, long-term experience as a responsible program or project manager, ideally from the defence sector and/or plant engineering. Detectional successes in project execution and in the leadership of interdisciplinary project teams in the international environment. Certification IPMA Level B. Embossed communication skills with intercultural feeling. Safe negotiation skills and a strong enforcement capability. Self-responsible and solution-oriented mode of operation. A high degree of self-motivation and initiative as well as proactivity. Regular national and international missions. German and English skills.
