You take over the administrative and organizational management of the ambulance and case management including the ambulance secretariat You coordinate and control the procedures in the ambulance as well as the medical speaking hours and ensure a smooth, efficient and patient-oriented organization You are responsible for case management and are committed to a smooth release management closely with all professional groups involved. You continuously organize and develop the outpatient care structures with the clinic You analyze, optimize and accompany processes, interfaces and organizational structures within the clinic You are the central contact person for organizational issues and work closely with the clinic management and medical ambulance management as well as internal and external cooperation partners. You actively contribute to quality, digitization and development projects

You have a degree in health, hospital or general management or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience You bring experience in outpatient or case management as well as a good understanding of clinical processes and supply structures with Ideally, you already have first leadership experience; Alternatively, you are convinced by strong organisational and communicative strengths as well as the potential to assume leadership responsibility You work structured, independent and solution-oriented.
