Fund Contract Management Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsible for the Legal Documentation of Investment Funds (UCITS and AIFs) and Investment Companies Contact person for general contract matters and fund contracting Advising the Management Board and the Company in legal issues relating to the fund and investment business Implementation of admission procedures, required advertisements and publications to regulators and publications for investors Communication with competent supervisory authorities (Germany, Austria, Luxembourg and France), contractual partners, customers and auditors Support for smooth and targeted implementation of fund requirements as well as coordination of operational processes and interface connections with external partners (storages, KVGen, administrators, brokers) Implementation and coordination of outsourcing control Conformity assessment of marketing documents Implementation and integration of different EU and BaFin regulations Operational interface management and administration of service providers for our Luxembourg public funds

You have a successfully completed legal or economic studies You have gathered several years of professional experience in the fund industry and/or in the contracting sector at a KVG, a depositary, a fund administrator or an audit firm You have good knowledge of investment business (KAGB and investment tax law) You have sovereign handling of MS Office applications. You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing You work independently, targeted as well as service- and team-oriented and have a pronounced communication capability as well as a safe occurrence
