As a commercial employee (m/w/d) for the Export & Import department at Marbach, you can create all relevant (inch) documents for international and national shipping processing. You regularly check and collect freight offers and carefully process incoming complaints. With your high level of responsibility, you will perform your work properly and contribute an important part in a motivated team.

Your task field

• Export and import processing of all EU and third countries including the required customs clearance
• Creation of electronic export declarations, movement certificates and other export-relevant documents
• Complaint processing
• Retrieval and testing of all modes of transport
• Coordination of delivery dates in close coordination between sales and shipping
• Export control, tariff and sanction list check

HER QUALIFICATIONS

• A completed commercial training such as Kaufmann Groß- and External Trade (m/w/d), Kaufmann for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) or somewhat comparable in the commercial/logistic field
• Professional experience in customs and export
• Experience in handling AEB-Atlas customs system and safe application of INCOTERMS 2020
• Quick conception, structured and independent working
