Processing of construction requests and construction applications including formal and material examination (planning and construction order law) Implementation of full procedures (including fee fixing, secondary provisions, acceptances) Assessment of fire-protection concepts and technical evidence as well as decision on building regulations deviations and construction planning exemptions/exceptions Coordination of external opinions (experts, test engineers, experts) and the creation of legally secure communications Construction monitoring, construction inspections and construction works as well as traceability of deficiencies Fire shows / recurring exams, accompaniment of major events as well as decreases of flying buildings (depending on operational planning) Technical assistance in appeal proceedings and opinions vis-à-vis senior bodies/authorities Participation in digitization/further development of processes and specialist applications (e.g. ProBAUG)

a completed study (Dipl.-Ing./B.Sc./M.Sc.) of the Department of Architecture or Civil Engineering as an alternative, the career capability for the senior group of the first entry unit of the category 2 of the technical service (repealed technical service) in a comparable field well-founded knowledge in public building law (in particular BauO NRW, BauGB, relevant special construction regulations; ideally also adjacent building law) Professional experience in the construction order or the processing of complex approval procedures, desirable in the field of special buildings safe judgment in complex technical circumstances, in particular in the prevention of fire protection an independent, structured and responsible way of working and high load capacity Communication strength, sovereign appearance and stylistic expression in word and writing safe handling of standard and specialist software and knowledge in ProBAUG
