Support in the construction of the missile engine plant, in particular X-ray technology Construction of our manufacturing team, personnel selection, onboarding and qualification of employees (m/w/d) Working with engineers (m/w/d) and engineers (m/w/d) Responsibility for complete or sample-like testing of manufactured parts (transmission testing, standard monitoring) Staff requirements and operational planning in one shift operation Creation of service plans with employee qualification and bottleneck resources Fine planning of orders regarding personnel capacity, machine occupancy and appointments Evaluation of process data and preparation of test reports and quality statistics

Master (m/w/d), Technicians (m/w/d) ZfP Qualification (level 2 / level 3 according to DIN EN ISO 9712) Further training for radiation protection officers desirable Multiannual leadership experience preferably in a manufacturing company in the field of non-destructive testing Multiannual experience in the personnel planning of continuous or 3-shift operations in the industrial environment Knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications, ideally also in software solutions for layer planning communication and problem-solving capability, as well as safe occurrence and enforcement capability
