Analysis, control and monitoring of property costs in medical and non-medical fields Compilation of cost analyses, cost-effectiveness calculations and deviation analyses Support for budget planning, forecasts and financial statements in the field of property costs Close cooperation with medical specialist departments, purchasing, controlling and management Development and further development of KPI systems and reporting Identification of potential savings and monitoring of cost optimization measures Support for projects (e.g. process optimization, product standardisation, investment reviews)

Complete study of the business, health management, economics or a comparable qualification Experience in controlling, ideally in hospital or healthcare Good knowledge of cost accounting and business analysis Secure handling of MS Excel; Knowledge of SAP or comparable systems of advantage Analytical, structured and independent working methods Communication strength and safe occurrence in an interdisciplinary environment Interest in economic issues in the medical context
