What is the HR Process Team responsible for and where can you support us? As a central department, we are responsible for global processes and standards in recruiting and onboarding, working internationally with different countries. You help us create uniform requirements and guidelines that apply to all Bosch locations worldwide, as well as local communication and application of these in Germany. You support us in researching current trends and in creating benchmarks such as Artificial Intelligence. You work in subprojects (e.g. rollout of AI functions in recruiting). You can help us prepare workshops, trainings or presentations. We offer you a varied working atmosphere. You work both strategically and operationally. Both smaller administrative tasks and small projects are waiting for you. In principle, you can also participate in other topics such as talent attraction, reporting & controlling or the worldwide knowledge platform for all HR topics at Bosch, depending on the interest and prior knowledge.

Education: studies of BWL, psychology, social sciences or comparable.
