In the coming years, the merger to the Fördeklinikum Katharinen-Hospital as well as a joint new hospital building is planned. The Maltese Northern Germany gGmbH in Flensburg is a Catholic institution of a specialized hospital, as well as four institutions of old aid, an outpatient care service, institutions of hospice work and a medical care center. In order to strengthen our team in the Controlling area, we are looking for a dedicated personality who wants to shape both tasks/projects for our existing hospital and the Fördeklinikum. Your tasks: Compilation of reporting with focus on property cost controlling Participation in the preparation of quarterly forecasts Participation in the creation of business planning Participation in the preparation of the annual financial statements Creation of other overviews and evaluations Contact person and optimization and control of the tasks of the assigned functions Contact person and link to financial accounting Processing of own controlling projects

A completed economic study, ideally in hospital management Ability to understand and understand complex data Secure handling of EDV programs, especially very good Excel skills Analytical thinking and targeted action Performance and team-oriented work A positive basic attitude towards the objectives of our institution
