(Associate) Consultant HR- and Organization Transformation (m/f/d)

What is our business? – We translate business strategies into target business models, develop organizational and HR strategies, analyze and benchmark (e.g. RTD, processes, structures, skills, etc.), develop solutions based on data-driven evidence, put them in the corresponding context and formulate clear recommendations for action – from strategy, organizational design, data analytics / AI to HR-Tech everything is there. Our claim: We think holistic and implement – from analysis to sustainable anchoring. How do we find solutions? – Conception is our strength. We optimize organizational operating models (e.g. structures, processes, roles, etc.), talent management, workforce transformation, HR-IT and M&A / PMI. All that affects people and organizations, we take our hands! How do we work? – In project work! We act as a team and take care of any conceptual and operational tasks in the project. Be it the creation of the management documents for organizational transformation, the design of a HR strategy or targeted project management. How do we stay innovative? – By continuously conducting research, dealing with the relevant and future-oriented topics, exchanging us with market and topic experts, developing studies and concept papers, and continuously optimizing our approaches, consulting approaches and services and questioning the status quo.
