Support for project management HWGK (weapon hazard maps) in project management (evaluation timetables, follow dates, reporting) and participation in technical project management bodies as well as, as required, coordination talks with local stakeholders (service providers, lower water authorities, LUBW) Technical cooperation in the development of AI-based tools for accelerating the creation of the HWGK and developing a AI-based surface forecast in Baden-Württemberg Supporting individual processing areas for the advancement of flooding maps Support for procurement and accounting within the project team Support and completion of a project to create temporary flood areas. Completion of a degree, master's degree or master's degree programme in the fields of civil engineering, water management, hydrology, environmental sciences, environmental technology, resource management water or comparable degree programs at a scientific university or at other scientific universities recognised by national law. A master's degree at a dual university or university of applied sciences must be accredited for access to the higher service. The accreditation at the time of completion shall be demonstrated. Good knowledge of German, at least at language level C1 Of advantage are: Theoretical and practical expertise in hydrological and/or hydraulic modeling Pre-knowledge of AI (e.g. LSTMs, GNNs, Transformer) and experience in their practical application Experience in handling MS Office and Geographic Information Systems (ArcGIS) Experience in project management and software Confluence / Jira Predictive and structured work and good self-organisation Teamability, high sense of responsibility, resilience, initiative and the joy of independent work.
