Commercial tasks in facility management: You take care of organizational tasks, such as the management of rental contracts, additional cost accounting, etc. Control and monitoring of external service providers: You select maintenance services and other service providers, deliver orders and ensure that the work is done on time and in good quality. Contact person for sustainability topics: You are the first contact point for questions about environmentally friendly action in the company and help to find sustainable solutions. Development and implementation of the sustainability strategy: You develop plans for how the company can become more environmentally friendly Creation of key figures and reports on sustainability: You collect data (e.g. energy consumption or waste quantities) and prepare them in reports that the company presents internally or externally. Monitoring and implementation of corrective measures: You support internal and external audits (audits) on sustainability and ensure that measures are implemented to improve. Organisation and implementation of training: You are organising training for employees to raise awareness about topics such as energy saving, waste separation or sustainable action in the office.
