Roll description: As an HSE coordinator (m/w/d), you support the operational implementation of the occupational safety, health and environmental standards at our Bad Salzuflen site. In this important position, you are a central contact for employees and executives in all safety-relevant issues of the daily business. Through your daily work, you contribute significantly to the practical implementation of our HSE strategy. Your field of activity includes the operational HSE assignment in all areas of business: Seeds processing and storage Field production and agricultural activities Greenhouses Laboratory and research facilities Regions In this position, you work closely with all departments and implement HSE standards in daily practice. Through your presence on site and active engagement, you contribute significantly to the continuous improvement of our security performance. Your tasks: Responsibility for the implementation and further development of our health, safety and environmental standards Participation in the creation of risk assessments and derivation of measures Implementation of safety missions Practical support in implementing HSE measures Advice and training of employees in the fields of health, safety and the environment Coordination and supervision of foreign companies with regard to HSE requirements Further development of safety culture in the company

Completed training as a specialist in occupational safety or comparable qualification At least 1-2 years of professional experience in an HSE function (in the fields of work, health and environmental protection), ideally in agriculture Knowledge of German OSH legislation Embossed communication capability and safe occurrence Experience in training Structured and independent operation Very good German and good English skills
