Sales Assistant (m/w/d) Ulm Your customer contact area: Strategic acquisition of new customers in the B2B area by targeted search and address via phone, LinkedIn, email and campaigns Coordination: Plan and organize appointments to optimally support our sales outside service and improve operations in the branch Administration: Conduct targeted research and keep our customer database as well as our sales portal up to date Offers: Pick up customer requests, qualify them and support in efficient processing Collaboration: Close cooperation with your colleagues in sales and recruiting and regular exchange of ongoing processes and goals Onboarding: Enjoy 2 days of Welcome Days as well as numerous individual trainings, coachings and e-learnings in our FERCHAU Academy Mentoring: You have a:n Mentor:in your side and receive support from our sales team Benefits: You will receive 30 days of holiday, holiday allowance, an unlimited contract of employment, purchasing benefits and flexible working hours Flexibility: One day Mobile Office per week basically possible Innovation spirit: Bring your own ideas and actively shape and develop yourself in our sales

Convince us with your qualifications Qualification: You have completed commercial or technical training Sales: Your talent is in telephone sales, the rest we will bring you Customer conversion: You have gained first experience in the telephone customer contact and/or in the acquisition of new customers Networking: You bring a passion for networking and inspire others through your communicative skills Language skills: You have very good German knowledge (at least C1 level)
