Head of Application Technology (m/f/d)

You advise our customers in all technical issues and complaints. You conduct and proactively coordinate the introduction of new products and processes. You accompany the tests and approvals of external monitoring organisations. You represent our corporate interests and actively engage in committees and bodies (KRV, DIN, FNK). You care and create our PVC recipes. You shall arrange and coordinate trials and approval tests. You check the mechanical properties and processability of our products. You are part of the management team, report directly to the management and work closely with production, process engineering and sales.

You have a well-founded training as an engineer, ideally with knowledge of methods and procedures in the field of plastics. You have pronounced organizational skills and work structured. You show a high level of problem-solving competence and readiness and can also work actively. You like to take responsibility and you are able to communicate openly and constructively. You also keep an overview in critical situations, analyze clearly and decide target-oriented with good enforcement power. You communicate safely in German and English and occasionally visit customers, trade fairs, etc.
