Training of executives, HR employees and works councils, in particular on labour law issues and the provision and continuous updating of knowledge documents

Completed legal or economic studies focusing on labour law

5+ years of experience as an (in-house) expert on labour law, like also transaction work law or M&A from the perspective of HR, for example in the HR department of an international group or a corresponding firm or other advisory unit

Proven and extensive knowledge in individual and collective labour law as well as a strong negotiating competence
