System operator (m/w/d) for high-voltage networks in shift work

We are looking for several system leaders for high-voltage networks in the shift service at the next possible point in time for our system management department.

A task that challenges You are responsible for the control and monitoring of our systems in the high-voltage network according to the accepted rules of technology and legal requirements. You quickly limit disturbances, carry out the necessary analyses independently and document the events comprehensible. You perform various tasks to ensure the security of supply of our customers, such as the monitoring, regulation and documentation of power flow, voltage and compensation, as well as the implementation of network simulation calculations or the implementation of measures of bottleneck management in the distribution network (redispatch). You work in the context of a challenging network of upstream and downstream network operators, customers as well as internal and external partners and can demonstrate your communicative skills every day. You will be qualified by your team for the duration of several months and actively participate in further education.

A background that convinces You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an electronics technician for operating technology or a comparable vocational training in the field of energy technology. You are also qualified as a master or technician. In challenging situations, you always keep an overview and convince with an analytical approach. You convince with your initiative and communicative skills in dealing with our colleagues and our customers. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1) You are ready to participate in the 24/7 shift service. We, the Avacon Netz GmbH, are operators of critical infrastructures (KRITIS) and thus a vital or defence-relevant facility with safety-sensitive bodies - so before employment we need your consent to carry out a review under the Security Audit Act (SÜG in conjunction with SÜFV).
