At Stuttgart, the Operations Financial Markets division takes over central production and service functions for capital market products and securities, both for the LBBW Group and for savings banks in the association area. You actively participate in our diverse production processes and drive their optimization forward. You support executives in controlling and special tasks. These include change projects or innovative digitization projects. You independently analyze our processes, work closely with our in-house consulting and develop proposals for implementation together. You hold the threads between the parties involved within the bank and our business partners and enrich the team with your helpful and collegial way.

Your profile: A completed degree (Bachelor/Master) with a focus on economics, finance, process management, or a bank-based training with professional higher education (bank business economist:in) form the basis for your entry. You have gained valuable knowledge in the field of process management or in projects through internships, student work or first professional experience. You have programming skills in Phyton, Access, Power BI. In the selection process you convince with a successfully completed cognitive performance test. You speak fluently German (min. level C1) and English (min. level B2) and score with intercultural competence in international business partners. Challenges motivate you - with your structured and conceptual work You always have an overview and can quickly incorporate yourself into complex facts. You see changes as a chance. You are creative and bring innovative strength to advance new developments with enthusiasm. At the same time, you take increasingly responsibility and actively shape.
