Team leader for technical service personnel, preferably electronics technician, industrial foreman, business administrator (m/f/d)

As a team leader, you are technically and disciplinaryly responsible for up to 9 service employees in the field service. Your focus is on leadership, team organization, quality assurance and continuous further development – not on the operational implementation of individual service tasks.

Through an effective process organization, you ensure that quality standards, work safety, compliance and process-compliant documentation are complied with in our service operations. For efficient personnel use, you tax predictive capacities and set the right priorities. You can actively participate in budget and resource planning for your area of responsibility. As a central interface to customers and internal departments, you are organising a sovereign escalation management. Continuously, you have our processes in the service in mind and proactively advance improvements and standardizations. In your leadership role, you drive for an optimal onboarding of new team members, promote the further development of your team through targeted qualification and training measures and regularly conduct employee talks (target arrangements, feedback rounds etc.).

Your basis is a completed technical training in the field of electrical engineering, e.g. electronics for devices and systems (w/m/d), or in another appropriate field. You can also provide an additional qualification for the state-tested technician, industrial master, economic expert or farmer (w/m/d). In the direction or coordination of technical service teams, you have been able to gain several years of experience and demonstrate your strong leadership and decision-making power even in dynamic phases. You are going to work on your tasks in a structured manner, work with a number-oriented manner and use the common service, ERP and CRM systems routined. Thanks to your communicative skills, you can safely move into stakeholder and escalation management. In German as well as in English, you communicate in word and writing.
