Our client is a modern and established project management company that implements important infrastructure projects on behalf of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg and controls them on the building site. For over 20 years, the company has been relying on quality, stability and a collegial relationship. Around 35 employees work at the centrally located location in the Hamburg HafenCity on pioneering construction projects – from large transport projects to striking landmarks of the city.

In order to strengthen the team, we are now looking for a dedicated project assistance (m/w/d) in a permanent position.

Comprehensive administrative support of the project team in the development and coordination of an exciting construction project Structure, management and maintenance of digital project documents and databases Support for tenders and procurement via digital platforms Planning, coordination and organisation of appointments and meetings Creation, editorial and formatting of presentations, protocols and reports Representation of assistance tasks of different projects of the company

Completed commercial training as a merchant/buyer for office management or comparable qualification Very good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint First experience in assistance, ideal in construction or project management Structured and reliable operation with a high level of sense of responsibility and rapid understanding Excellent communication skills, team spirit and commitment
