In our food shop, specializing in high-quality meat and sausage products as well as fine food, we offer the opportunity to complete an internship at the EDEKA ZENTRALE Stiftung & Co. KG in February 2026 for 6 months. Become part of our team at the Hamburg location and dive into the world of one of Germany's leading food retailers.

You support the analysis of the range and competition You will see the development of national product range proposals You analyze in- and external market research data, including shopper analyses and trend analyses You organize and participate in regular tastings You review product qualities in close cooperation with quality assurance You prepare supplier talks and actively engage during the talks

You are an advanced: Bachelor or Master student:in economics, agricultural sciences, food technology or a comparable degree course or you are between Bachelor and Master You have ideally gained first experience through trade internships, training in meat production or a similar area You are passionate about shopping and our diverse range, especially in the area of meat / sausages & fine food You have the ability to entrepreneurial thinking and a self-responsible, targeted way of working You are safe in popular MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint Don't worry, it is not necessary to meet all requirements.
