The residential complex Albrechtshof was built on 1. March 2012 opened. Clients are offered only single rooms in several housing groups. The residence has 32 seats. A team of long-term experienced employees ensures careful and professional care around the clock. For clients who are not working in a workshop for disabled people, promotion and employment is offered at home – both community and individual. There is a large space on the ground floor for community activities and events. This offers opportunities for leisure activities in the house and celebration of festivals. Upstairs there are three other rooms for snoecels, relaxation with all senses, painting, crafting and therapy. In beautiful weather, the large garden with different terraces and a barbecue area invites you to encounter, exchange or to private retreat.

In the vicinity, larger and smaller shops offer good shopping opportunities for everyday or special needs. There are also cafés, restaurants, banks, doctor's practices and pharmacies as well as offers and activities of the community life.

As a facility manager, you take over the management of about 30 employees in our residential complex Albrechtshof in Ziesar.

The following tasks are waiting for you:

• They bear the overall responsibility for the institution for the business and personnel.

• Working actively on

• Ensuring the administrative tasks entrusted in compliance with legal regulations

• the further development of concepts and working methods

• technical support and guidance of staff including coordination of tasks

• Control of occupancy, staff preference and staff settings

• staff development and leadership of employees

• the organization of educational and leisure activities to promote social, emotional and cognitive skills

• You are responsible for

• the documentation of the performance

• the quality of the service providers

• compliance with quality standards

• the budget in line with the management

• Monitoring the plan figures

• They promote a positive and respectful working atmosphere in the housing groups through a trusted cooperation with parents, service providers, authorities, clinics, doctors and therapists.

• The company's technical external representation as well as the interface management to the Berlin office and within the company network are also your tasks.

Your profile:

• You have

• an at least three-year professional qualification with a state-recognized degree in a nursing profession or in a social profession with a social care orientation and an additional professional qualification,

• at least three years of professional qualification with a state-recognized degree in a commercial profession or in a profession of public administration, and in each case an additional social-care qualification; or

• an accredited or state-approved course of study, at least completed with the Bachelor degree, with a health, nursing or social focus; and

• at least two years of professional experience in comparable institutions; or

• an additional qualification for the installation line (at least 720 hours)

• You have comprehensive social knowledge (including SGB II, VIII, IX, XII)

• They bring humor and creative craftsmanship for innovative, organizational and interpersonal challenges with
