Solution Architect Salesforce (m/f/d)

Designers at the interface of Business & IT: In our high-growth salesforce services division, you move at the interface between the departments and IT. You unravel forward-looking and scalable solution designs across the entire Salesforce Platform (Core CRM, Marketing Suite, Data Cloud). You will accompany our customers completely from the first concept to the solution of complex questions throughout the entire project period. Strategic advice: You advise customers on the digitization of their business processes and make sure that technical solutions deposit on the business objectives. Expert for Technology & Data: You are an esteemed contact person for technical questions (e.g. integration architectures, data models or platform grants) and evaluates scalability with regard to critical data volumes. Methodology & requirement management: You perform architecture workshops, create user stories and use methods such as BPMN or Use Case Modeling for precise implementation. Innovation & Trends: As a trailblazer you analyze technology trends such as Agentforce or Einstein AI and design their profitable use in the customer landscape. Sales Support & DevOps: You actively support our sales in the presales phase (estimates, architectural blueprints) and deploy modern DevOps processes based on the latest technologiestacks (e.g. Salesforce DX, Copado, Jenkins, etc.).

DEIN PROFIL Experience in Salesforce projects: You have several years of experience as a technical consultant or architect in complex salesforce implementations. Training & qualification: You have a completed training or study in the field of (economic) computer science or bring a comparable technical qualification. Platform confession: You have a deep understanding of the Salesforce integration mechanisms and platform technologies. You bring expertise in a domain (sales/service or marketing) and have the drive to deepen yourself into topics like Data Cloud and Agentforce. Industrial (CG, LifeScience, Manufacturing etc.) and specific Niche Solution Experiences (FSL, Revenue Cloud, SF Maps.) expand your profile. Communication strength: You can easily prepare complex issues for both IT development and stakeholders from the specialist areas. Certifications: Salesforce certificates e.g. Application/System Architect or Cloud-specific designer roles emphasize your expert knowledge. KI competence: You have in-depth AI expertise, actively shape their responsible commitment in your area of responsibility and act as an enabler for customers and internally at adesso. Language skills: With very good knowledge of German and good English, you will certainly communicate in the technical and professional context.
