Responsibility for the management and consolidation of the core KPIs of the department as a central foundation for prioritization, control and transformation Proactive conceptual and operational development of KPI control to increase transparency and decision quality Support of cost-controlling processes for the department with a focus on forecasts and deviation analyses in the context of ongoing cost measures Compilation of regular analyses and decision-making templates for the Executive Board and processing of ad hoc requests with high implementation orientation Active cooperation in or in the management of sector-wide strategy and trans­for­mation projects in close cooperation with the board and relevant intersections

Completed economic, financial or comparable studies Experience in the strategy or financial sector of a financial service provider or in a strategy consultancy, investment bank or audit firm desirable Safe handling of MS Office products (in particular Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI and GenAI (Copilot); high availability to actively implement and develop new tools Efficient analytical and strategic thinking and the ability to present complex topics concisely and addressably at the board level High level of initiative, commitment and self-confidence in harmony with team spirit and outcome orientation English knowledge and communication skills No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
