AI & Automation Specialist (m/f/d)

You bring AI and automation to the practice of the KÖTTER Group by identifying concrete use cases, developing solutions and successfully bringing them into operation Strategy for touching: Develop an AI target image in coordination with IT, organization and management that pays for real processes and data Identify, prioritize and economically evaluate Use Cases Make a decision: AI, workflow or RPA – main thing robust, safe and economical End-to-end supply: from process analysis to prototype/MVP to go live and scaling Building & Integrate: AI-assisted workflows, Chatbots/Agents Automations for document, text and data processing APIs between existing systems Pilot customer-oriented AI solutions (including reporting, analysis, documentation) Roadmap maintain, measure results, share learnings

You combine process understanding, economic thinking and technical implementation skills and want to use AI where it creates real added value Multiannual experience in transformation, process or digitization projects Studies or equivalent qualifications (economy, IT, digitization) Ability to structured analysis of business processes from the collection of Pain Points to the derivation & prioritization of use cases incl. Business Case Practice in the implementation or prototyping of AI/automatization solutions AI affinity and a thorough understanding of technological possibilities, boundaries and regulatory frameworks Tool/API/Workflow competence (scripting/programming of advantage, no need) Experience in managing internal stakeholders and external partners Structured, analytical, solution-oriented mode of operation; safe occurrence
