Penetration Tests: Organization and implementation of penetration tests mainly on OT components, embedded systems, SCADA, control units or industrial networks as well as IT components Security Assessments: Identification of Attack Paths and Assessment of the Existing Technical Security Level at our Group Companies Research & Development: Research and controlled testing of new methods of attack and tools Advice: Advice and support of our departments and companies as an expert or expert on cyber security issues for our energy systems Threat Intelligence: Research and Controlled Trying New Attack Methods and Tools Bug Bounty: Identifying new vulnerabilities in the OT / IoT products used and communicating them to the respective manufacturers

Successfully completed studies of IT security, computer science, electrical engineering, automation or a comparable qualification or corresponding professional experience Multiannual relevant professional experience and sound expertise in the independent implementation of technical safety analyses and penetration tests comprehensive knowledge and enthusiasm for vulnerabilities and attack methods, as well as the bypass of common security technologies and measures focusing on OT, IoT or hardware; Knowledge of automation and network technology Specialized certifications of advantage (for example OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, GICSP, GRID, GCIP, etc.) Knowledge and practical experience with AI and LLM technologies, as well as a fundamental understanding of their applications and security risks in the cybersecurity environment High self-motivation, creativity, flexibility and team orientation as well as efforts for continuous training and development (e.g. through certifications) Proactive, professional and solution-oriented communication with internal and external stakeholders A pronounced ethical confession and knowledge of more applicable standards and standards The ability also to think out-of-the-box and to tackle problems unconventional but at any time professionally readiness to travel and willingness to carry out a safety review in the preventive personal sabotage protection in the economy Negotiating German and English knowledge required in word and writing
