EY-Parthenon Praktikant Real Estate & Infrastructure, Transformation & Projectmanagement (m/f/d)

In our Real Estate Team you will accompany our customers: in all phases of their real estate and infrastructure projects - from the first strategy to transformations to transactions. Our tasks are as diverse as the organisations we advise: ministries, housing companies and international corporations. With innovative approaches, practical solutions and a strong network within EY, we develop sustainable answers for the most exciting challenges in the industry.

As part of our real estate team in Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt/Main, Berlin, Munich or Hamburg, you will accompany large corporations, banks and investors: in addition to the sale of land, real estate and infrastructure projects. You combine your transaction know-how with your real estate knowledge and introduce them both specifically in interdisciplinary teams to develop smart, tailor-made solutions for our customers. With a sense of markets, modern tools and a holistic approach, you take early responsibility. In our team you will take on a variety of tasks, including: Participation in demanding international real estate and infrastructure projects Support for project management and control Working with the appointment, cost and quality control Takeover of tasks with economic and technical reference

This position shall be occupied at the earliest from October 2026.

Studies in architecture, real estate management, civil engineering or economics at least in the 5th semester with suitable subjects First experience in project management and safe handling of MS Office Very good communication skills in German and English (min. C2)
