Your tasks:

• They take over the operation and control of the production machines as well as the elimination of malfunctions and thus ensure a smooth production process, so that our customers are supplied with fresh bread daily.
• Refurbishment work on the production machines is carried out by you, which allows us to respond to changing customer requests and related product changes.
• They carry out cleaning and maintenance work on the production machines and thus contribute to an extended service life.
• The monitoring, control and documentation of production lines in terms of product quality and safety as well as hygiene standards are part of your task. In this way, you ensure our customers an excellent bread quality.
• You are also responsible for compliance with the process specifications.

Your profile:

• You have completed training for bakers, specialist for food technology, confectioner, machine and plant leader in the food sector, cook (m/w/d) or professional experience in food production.
• Their operation at the plants is characterized by self-employment and sense of responsibility.
• You have the ability to integrate well into a team and enjoy working on it in a team.
• The willingness to work shifts and weekends, which requires a high degree of flexibility, as well as the will to continue training to advance personally and the company, complete your profile.
