Together with the Medical Director, they are responsible for the management of the rehabilitation centre and take responsibility for personnel and technical matters. (Service management within the meaning of § 4 paragraph 1 point 6 of the Federal Staff Regulations Act - BPersVG) You represent the position of your employer and represent the German Pension Insurance Confederation in bodies and institutions The proactive design of the transferred tasks of the Reha Centre is included in your task, in particular with regard to human and business management. They lead the areas of administration, technology, kitchen and utility and are responsible for ensuring the operation of the entire rehabilitation centre including administrative, care and technical services, as well as - in agreement with the medical director of the rehabilitation centre - medical and nursing services They support the control, implementation and maintenance of change processes They are responsible for the active application of the management tools of personnel development and occupational health management It is a guiding position. The activity requires the safe handling of the application programs, for example Word, Excel, SAP ERP HCM.
